Terms & Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The balance is payable upon arrival or prior to check-in.
• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit, less a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before arrival will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will forfeit 100% of the deposit.
• No-shows or early departures will be liable for the full cost of the booking.

• Check-in: From 14:00 (2:00 PM) to 20:00 (8:00 PM). Late check-ins must be arranged in advance.
• Check-out: Strictly by 10:00 (10:00 AM) on the day of departure. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.

• The Wilds Lodge reserves the right to refuse admission or evict guests who behave in a manner that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests or staff.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
• The Wilds Lodge is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property. Safe parking is provided, but vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.

Children of all ages are welcome. Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of their children at all times, especially around the swimming pool (if applicable) and garden areas.
